These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern purchases from and use of enviq.us and our checkout at checkout.enviq.us, operated by BLACKHAWK ENTERPRISES LLC, doing business as ENVIQ (“ENVIQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Please read these Terms before placing an order. By submitting an order and agreeing to these Terms at checkout, you agree to the terms applicable to that purchase. Our Return & Refund Policy and the purchase-specific terms displayed before checkout also apply. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
To purchase from our store, you must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and be authorized to use the payment method provided.
You agree to provide accurate and current contact, billing, shipping, and payment information. If you create an account, protect your login credentials and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
ENVIQ sells gadgets and accessories, including the Air Duo vacuum and blower. Please review the product description, included accessories, and operating instructions before purchasing or using a product.
Use products according to the supplied instructions and safety warnings. Product images illustrate the product and its uses; screen settings and photography may affect how colors appear. This does not limit our responsibility to supply products that match their description, our advertised guarantees, or your applicable consumer rights.
Orders are subject to product availability and payment authorization. We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailable inventory, an inability to process payment, reasonably suspected fraud, or a material pricing error, subject to applicable law.
If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and promptly refund any amounts charged for the canceled portion, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.
We will not substitute a different product or charge a higher price for an existing order without your agreement.
Prices and currency are displayed on our website and at checkout. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and other charges collected by us are disclosed before you complete your purchase.
You authorize the payment provider to charge the amount you approve at checkout. All ENVIQ product purchases are one-time purchases. We do not offer product subscriptions or charge recurring product fees.
We may change prices for future purchases. Price changes do not retroactively change the price of an order already accepted.
Promotional offers—including multi-kit purchases, Buy 2 and Buy 3 offers, free-shipping offers, and discount codes—apply according to the eligibility requirements and terms displayed with the offer.
Check the items, discounts, and total shown at checkout before placing your order. Whether promotions can be combined depends on the terms disclosed for those offers.
We may change or end promotions for future purchases. We will not retroactively remove a valid discount from an accepted order.
Returns involving bundles or promotional items are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. Refund amounts reflect the discounted price actually paid.
We ship orders within 1 business day of receiving your order. Dispatch time is separate from delivery time; delivery timing depends on your destination and the carrier.
Available shipping destinations, charges, and delivery estimates are provided on our website or at checkout.
Please check your shipping address carefully. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. We will try to update the address before dispatch, but changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.
If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide the choices required by applicable law, including consenting to a revised shipping date or canceling for a prompt refund. If we do not obtain the consent required to delay shipment, we will cancel and refund the unshipped portion as required by law.
Contact us if your package is missing, damaged, or incorrectly delivered so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution. Carrier delays do not remove your statutory rights or our obligations concerning delivery.
Purchases from ENVIQ are covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Our Return & Refund Policy explains return instructions, bundle calculations, and refund timing. The guarantee is additional to any mandatory rights concerning faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise nonconforming goods.
Email support@enviq.us as soon as possible if you want to cancel or change a one-time order. We will try to accommodate requests before dispatch.
If the order has already shipped, our return process remains available. Nothing in these Terms limits a cancellation right provided by applicable law.
Our main website is hosted on Vercel. Shopify provides our product catalog, checkout, and related commerce services. These providers process personal information to deliver their services.
We use Shopify Network Intelligence. Shopify processes information from your interactions with our store together with information from your interactions with other merchants and Shopify to provide enhanced services, including personalization, advertising, and features that help protect and improve our business.
Information is shared with Shopify and other providers to deliver these services, and those recipients may be located in other countries.
Our Privacy Policy explains our data practices and your choices. Information about Shopify’s processing and applicable rights is available in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and Shopify Privacy Portal.
Your product purchase is with BLACKHAWK ENTERPRISES LLC. We are responsible for fulfilling your order and addressing product, delivery, return, and customer-service matters.
Marketing subscriptions are optional. Agreeing to these Terms or providing contact information for an order does not, by itself, constitute consent to marketing text messages.
If you separately opt in, we may send promotional emails or recurring marketing texts in accordance with your choices and applicable law. Message frequency varies, and your carrier’s message and data rates may apply.
You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in the message. To stop marketing texts, reply STOP or follow the instructions provided. For help, email support@enviq.us.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary transactional communications through permitted channels, such as order confirmations and delivery updates. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase.
You must not use our website to commit fraud, provide intentionally false information, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malicious software, interfere with website security, or attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, security threats, or a material violation of these Terms. Restricting access does not remove your rights concerning existing orders or refunds.
Website text, graphics, photographs, logos, designs, and other materials are owned by ENVIQ or used with permission, except where otherwise identified.
You may use the website for personal shopping and other lawful purposes. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected materials without permission, except where permitted by law.
Reviews and other submissions must reflect your honest experience and must not contain unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content.
When you submit a review or photograph for publication, you permit us to display it with the name or identifier you provide and to make reasonable formatting changes that do not alter its meaning. You retain ownership of your content.
We may moderate submissions for legitimate reasons, such as spam, unlawful content, or disclosure of someone else’s private information. We do not prohibit honest negative reviews.
We aim to keep our website accurate and available, but maintenance, technical problems, or other interruptions may occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access.
This does not exclude our responsibility for the products we sell, our advertised guarantees, or obligations imposed by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
These Terms are subject to applicable United States federal and state law, including mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
This provision does not deprive you of applicable rights to bring a claim in your local courts or rely on mandatory local consumer law.
If you have a concern about an order or these Terms, contact support@enviq.us so we can try to resolve it. Contacting us does not waive your legal remedies or extend any applicable legal deadline.
We may update these Terms for future purchases and website use. Updated Terms will be posted here with a revised date.
Changes will not retroactively reduce rights associated with an existing purchase.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
