ENVIQ is operated by BLACKHAWK ENTERPRISES LLC. This policy explains how purchases, payments, and cancellation requests work for orders placed through enviq.us, including purchases completed through checkout.enviq.us.
All ENVIQ product purchases are one-time purchases. We do not offer product subscriptions, automatic renewals, recurring shipments, or recurring product charges.
A purchase creates a single order. Payment is collected when you complete checkout, unless a different payment arrangement is expressly disclosed.
Please review your selected products, quantities, shipping address, and order total before completing your purchase.

You do not need to provide a reason to request cancellation.
We ship orders within 1 business day, so please contact us promptly. We will try to accommodate requests before dispatch, but changes or cancellation may not be possible once fulfillment is underway.
We will confirm whether we were able to change or cancel your order. Any order we successfully cancel in full will be refunded to the original payment method, including the product price, applicable taxes, and shipping charges paid for that order. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
If the order has already shipped or fulfillment cannot be stopped, contact us to arrange a return under our Return & Refund Policy. This does not limit any cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law.
If you notice an incorrect charge, duplicate order, or other payment issue, email support@enviq.us with your order details so we can investigate and correct any error.
If a payment cannot be completed, your order may be delayed while the payment issue is resolved. Contact us if you are unsure whether your order was successfully placed before submitting another order.
Prices, quantities, discounts, applicable shipping charges, and taxes are displayed before you complete checkout.
Promotional and bundle discounts apply according to the terms disclosed with the offer. Price changes for future purchases will not retroactively increase the price of an order already accepted.
Refunds for returned products are based on the amount actually paid after discounts. Partial bundle returns are calculated proportionally from the total discounted bundle price, as explained in our Return & Refund Policy.
ENVIQ purchases are covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, beginning on the date of delivery.
Contact support@enviq.us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Opened and used products are eligible, and you do not need to provide a reason to use the guarantee.
A return is required, and we provide a prepaid return shipping label. Please send your return within 14 days of receiving the label.
Eligible refunds include the amount paid for returned products, associated sales tax, and the original shipping charge paid to ENVIQ. Original shipping is refunded once per order. We do not charge restocking fees or deduct the cost of the prepaid return label.
We issue refunds to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your return or valid proof of shipment, whichever comes first, and sooner where required by law. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the credit.
Our Return & Refund Policy provides the full instructions, deadlines, and bundle calculations.
Unsubscribing from marketing emails or text messages changes your communication preferences. It does not cancel an existing order or initiate a refund.
You may still receive necessary transactional communications through permitted channels, including order confirmations, shipping updates, and responses to support requests.
This policy operates alongside our Terms of Service, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. Nothing in it limits cancellation, refund, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
